Complaints
A complaint will always be treated confidentially. A conversation usually leads to a satisfactory solution. Complaints are handled within thirty days. If a longer period of time is needed to conduct research, the participant will be notified within three weeks, explaining the delay; in addition, an indication is given when it is expected to give a definitive answer. If no solution can be found with regard to the submitted complaint, the official Juan Peter Silberie will propose a possible solution as an independent third party. The judgment of Mr. Silberie is binding for the institute; any consequences will be dealt with quickly by the institute
Prices: All this subject to printing errors c.q. changes. We reserve the right

treatment before, during or after training or for use c.q.misuse of products.

hypersensitivity reaction or allergy such as reddening of the skin, itching or
creation of irritation which we take no responsibility.

Opinion: Wearing a mask, rubber gloves and use a suction system is
recommended when working. Use product as indicated by the manufactor
and read warnings on products read. Do not use products for professional
use on the skin and observe the instructions.
